Quick Connect

Are you only looking to quickly connect to the NX3 network? You can use ZeroTier to gain transit into the network.

Download and Install ZeroTier

First, you'll want to download & install ZeroTier. You can do so at this page.

Join the Network

Next, you'll want to join the network. Depending on platform, this may look slightly different.

When asked for a network ID, you can use 6c85c855a32195f3

If asked to use Managed Routes, you should select yes.

If 6c85c855a32195f3If asked to use DNS Configuration, you should select Network DNS.

If you do not allow for Managed Routes or DNS Configuration, you will be unable to access any services on the network.

Access the Network!

Now that you've downloaded and installed ZeroTier, you can access the NX3 Network. A landing page is currently being hosted @ https://info.nx3 for your convenience.

Secure Services

If you want to use HTTPS to access any services hosted on NX3, using the certificate authority, you will want to download and install the step-cli. Instructions can be found here.

Following the installation of step-cli, you will want to download & install the root certificate from the CA. You should run these commands, swapping /path/to/root_ca.crt with the appropriate value.

step ca certificate install /path/to/root_ca.crt
